Prima Esperanza has had a very good show season in-hand and is working well undersaddle.  As the 2016 show season nears the end, Prima Esperanza is currently ranked in 3rd place for Zone 1 3-Year Old Hunter Breeding.   She’s also taken home ribbons in Dressage Sporthorse Breeding at big venues such as Dressage at Devon, where she earned a 5th place finish in a large ISR/Oldenburg IBC class. Don Principe News Delta (Don Principe-Ruffian) View All Don Principe News >>> Congratulations to breeder Kristin DeLuca on Delta’s (Don Principe x Really Rosie/Ruffian) success this season!  As the 2016 show season begins to wrap-up, the 2-year old filly is currently tied for Champion of Zone 1 Hunter Breeding 2-Year Olds.  In the ISR/Oldenburg All-Breeds Awards standings, Delta is currently ranked in first place as well.  She’s consistently received good results throughout the show season, including winning the ISR/Oldenburg IBC at NEDA and finishing second in the same class at Devon this fall. Popeye News Pixar (Popeye – Fascination View All Popeye News >>> Four year old Popeye son, Pixar (Popeye x Faschon/Fascination), has had a great show season for owner and breeder Kristin DeLuca.  Pixar has shown in-hand in Young Horse Series classes and in Dresssage Sporthorse Breeding classes, earning numerous accolades in both.  At the High Point Hanoverians Young Horse Series Qualifier, Pixar won both the 4 & 5-Year Old In-Hand and Jump Chute classes.  Pixar’s results have qualified him for the Young Horse Series Finals in Kentucky this November.  He also earned the ISR/OldenburgNA High Score award for the show. At the USDF Breeders Championship New England Series, Pixar continued to hold his own again the horses.  He took home a 3rd place ribbon in the Stallion Series Final.  Dressage at Devon was Pixar’s most recent stop, where he earned a 3rd place finish in the ISR/Oldenburg IBC after finishing 6th in the Stallion Class.  Kristin is looking forward to seeing Pixar show in-hand at Devon next fall.  As we approach the end of the 2016 show season, Pixar is currently ranked 2nd in the ISR/Oldenburg All-Breeds Awards for 4-Year Old and Older Stallions.  Congratulations Kristin! Popeye News Popeye Offspring Earn USDF Awards in 2015 View All Popeye News >>> For breeder Angela Mirarchi the combination of Popeye and Welsch Cob mare Clanfair Mary Kay (Lonetree’s Romeo) has been very successful; resulting in one licensed stallion, premium foals, and  numerous year-end awards. The 2015 season certainly further validated the success of this cross with Phenix and Peppermynt Pati earning top standings in the ISR/Oldenburg All-Breeds Awards rankings.  Three-year old colt and licensed pony stallion Phenix, finished the season with a 3rd place All-Breeds ranking for 3-Year Old Colts/Geldings.  Younger sibling, Peppermynt Pati ‘s median score for the year secured her a spot as Reserve Champion Yearling Filly for the ISR/Oldenburg All-Breeds.
