Cha Ching HTF Wins First Outing
On Saturday May 9th Jessica Fay, Hilltop’s Assistant Trainer, took Cha Ching HTF (Contucci-Cordoba) for his first undersaddle outing at the Dunmovin’ Schooling Show. There were a few baby moments, but Cha Ching and Jess handled them well and won their Training Level Test 1 with a 75%. They were also high-score of the show. Cha Ching has been a consistent winner in-hand and we’re thrilled to have that potential translating to undersaddle success.
It’s hard to believe that it really has been 20 years already. When Jane MacElree first purchased the stallions Cabaret and Nureyev, she had no idea of what would evolve in the coming years, but what a journey it has been! On October 29th Jane, the Hilltop staff, and many of our friends, family, and clients celebrated our 20th Anniversary with a wonderful party at the farm.
Devon is one of our favorite shows and we always look forward to catching up with other breeders, owners, and friends at this historic show. A large group of horses joined us from Hilltop’s Raising Department and Devon Prep Program making this year’s Devon especially busy for Team Hilltop.
