Dax (Donarweiss – Ideal)

Val Zeek’s handsome Donarweiss colt Dax (Donarweiss x Ivy/Ideal) was named Champion Colt at the Echo Glen Farm’s ISR/Oldenburg inspection.  Dax impressed the judges earning an overall score of 8.1, with the highlight being a score of 8.2 for movement.  The cross of Donarweiss and Ivy has been very successful, with Dragon Fly named Highest Score Foal in the country in 2009 and 2011 filly, Dahlia, named a Premium Mare and 2nd place High Score Mare on the West Coast with ISR/Oldenburg.  We’re excited to see another Donarweiss-Ivy offspring earning such high praise at his inspection.  Congratulations Val!
