Employment Opportunities

Our positions provide friendly working conditions with an experienced, positive, world class team. Compensation for full-time employees includes salary, health insurance, and on farm housing (available but not required). Employee discount on horse board and lessons available.

Internship Opportunities available year-round.

Hilltop Farm is proud to offer many internship opportunities each year. The Raising and Breeding Departments offer different areas to focus in and develop critical skills to take into your next position. The particular focus during the internships may vary based on the time of year. A minimum commitment of three months is required. Small stipend and housing included. Riding is not a part of any of our internships, but there may be an opportunity to bring your own horse.

Raising Department internships are very hands-on and highlight youngstock/broodmare care, young horse training, and broodmare/foaling management. Contact Megan for more detailed information or to apply for this internship.

Breeding Department internships specialize in marketing, stallion promotion, and administrative skills. Contact Natalie for more detailed information or to apply for this internship.

We do not currently offer Training Internships or Working Student positions.

Summer Season is currently filled. We will accept applications for 2011 Interns starting in October 2010.
