Assistant Main Barn Manager (Full-Time)
We’re looking for an experienced horseperson to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our 33 stall Main Barn. Position responsibilities focus on general horse care including stall cleaning, turnout, feeding, administering medications/therapies, holding for vet/farrier, general cleaning duties, and leading the day in the absence of the manager. The position is a five-day work week but does require weekends (i.e. days off will be weekdays). Ideal applicant will have 5+years in horse care, solid horse handling skills, experience in the sporthorse industry, ability to regularly lift 50 lbs, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment. Compensation Package:
- On-site private housing with standard utilities
- Health insurance
- Matching Simple IRA (after respective probationary periods)
- Paid vacation/sick days and holidays
- Discounted horse board (dependent on availability)
- $15.50/Hr

Stable Groom (Full-Time)
Looking to join a top sporthorse farm and work around quality horses? Hilltop Farm is looking for a stable groom to join our sporthorse breeding operations! The position has the potential to work around foals/young horses, broodmares, stallions, and top competition horses to facilitate the daily operations of the farm. Duties include stall cleaning, feeding, administering medications/therapies, turnout, basic grooming, holding for vet/farrier, and general cleaning duties. The position is a five-day work week but does require weekends (i.e. days off will be weekdays). Ideal applicant will have solid horse handling skills, ability to regularly lift 50 lbs, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have a valid US driver’s license. See full job description here.
