Current Employment Opportunities
Stable Groom (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Enjoy fresh air, sunshine, and working around quality horses? Our stable groom position maybe a great fit! The position has the potential to work around foals/young horses, broodmares, stallions, and top competition horses to facilitate the daily operations of the farm. Duties include stall cleaning, feeding, administering medications/therapies, turnout, basic grooming, holding for vet/farrier, and general cleaning duties. The position is a five-day work week but does require weekends (i.e. days off will be weekdays). Compensation Package:
- On-site housing with standard utilities available if desired

- Matching Simple IRA (after respective probationary periods)
- Paid vacation/sick days and holidays
- Discounted horse board/lessons (dependent on availability)
- Weekly staff lesson (with own horse)
- $14.75/Hr

Dressage Groom (Full-Time)
Have a passion for providing top-level competition horse care? Hilltop is seeking an experienced dressage groom to be based in Maryland with occasional travel for shows and potential to winter in Florida. The position works with a variety of horses ranging from young horses being started undersaddle to FEI competition horses and includes mares, geldings, and stallions. Applicant must be experienced with show grooming, possess solid horse handling skills, enjoy working in fast-paced, team environment, and be authorized to work in the US.
