Broodmare / Young Horse Manager
Are you looking to join a top sporthorse farm with a fun and professional team? Hilltop Farm is seeking a Broodmare/Young Horse Manager to oversee the care of approximately 50-60 broodmares and young horses in Colora, MD. Responsibilities include horse care, medical management, feeding/nutrition, grooming, basic handling, staff supervision, administrative duties, and general facility up-keep. This is a six day a week, working manager position that will work alongside the assistant managers and support staff in daily responsibilities. Ideal applicant will have significant horse care experience, excellent horse handling skills, and foaling experience. Must be proficient with computers, have supervisory experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment.

Grounds/ Maintenance Worker
Looking for an opportunity to work outside full-time with consistent, year-round hours? Here’s your chance to work at a scenic 400-acre horse farm and enjoy the fresh air and country views everyday. The grounds/maintenance worker’s duties include general farm maintenance, mowing, weed whacking, moving hay/straw, and stall mucking. Ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and enjoy a physically challenging position with the ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs. Applicants will be working as part of a grounds/maintenance team and should enjoy working both independently and in a team environment. Anticipated work week is Monday – Friday, 6 am – 4 pm.
