2017 Foals

It’s a girl! A dainty Popeye filly arrived on May 17th to Patti Herson of Albuquerque, NM and her TB mare Pet’s Viva. Patti says that her new arrival will be named Luna and that she is amazingly brave, curious and so outgoing. Congratulations Patti, she’s lovely!

It’s a girl for Clare Wigginton of Hearne, TX! A lovely Popeye filly arrived on May 1st to Clare’s Lipizzan mare Chesapeaka and Clare says that her new foal looks great, has lots of energy and spends most of her time running laps around her mom. Congratulations, Clare!

2016 Foals

Lori Cooley of Plymouth, IN has proudly announced the arrival of her new Popeye colt, born to her GRP mare Sierra de Aoalta! Congratulations Lori!

It’s a girl for Mary Ellen McMillan of White Post, VA!   A gorgeous Popeye filly arrived to Mary Ellen’s Arabian cross mare Thurman Apple Dumplin’ on May 27th and Mary Ellen says she is a lovely, friendly girl and she is very pleased. Congratulations!

Erica MacDonald of Oakdale, CA is so excited to announce the arrival of her new Popeye filly! ZZ Poptart arrived on May 17th to her Quarter Horse mare Zandi and Erica says she is ecstatic over her new baby. Congratulations Erica!

Congratulations to Valerie Semones of Montrose, CO on the arrival of her gorgeous new Popeye filly! Born to her Hanoverian mare Matrix on April 28th, Valerie says this filly has exceeded her expectations.

Julia Thornton of Sweet Home, OR is thrilled to announce the arrival of her new Popeye filly! Born on April 17th to her TB mare Coco Queen Of Hearts, Julia says he is doing well. Congratulations!

2015 Foals

It’s a boy for Jessica Ray of Okotoks, AB! A healthy Popeye colt was born to her mare Whisper on June 22 and Jessica says she is going to have a hard time containing her excitement for a few years until he’s ready to ride. Congratulations Jessica!

Kaitlyn Stevens of Princeton, NJ is thrilled to announce the arrival of her new Popeye colt! Born to her mare Clear Concept, Kaitlyn says “We have high hopes for this little boy. Everyone who stops in is amazed by his conformation, attitude and love of life!” Congratulations Kaitlyn!

Amber Dudley of Drayton, AB is thrilled to announce the arrival of her new Popeye colt, Phineas! Born to her mare Drama Queen on June 6th, this handsome newcomer is bay with a small star and one sock.  Congratulations Amber!

Congratulations to Ilona English of Summit Sporthorses in Ringoes, NJ on the arrival of her new Popeye colt! Born to her mare SPS Die Feine Lady on June 2nd, Ilona has decided to name this handsome new arrival Pingo.

Susan Delaney of Rockville, VA has proudly announced the arrival of her new Popeye colt! Born on May 20th to her Connemara/Westphalian mare Ellie, Susan says both mom and baby are doing well. Congratulations Susan!

2014 Foals

Andrea Seig of Westaphalian For USA is proud to announce the arrival of a new Popeye filly!  Born to her Westaphalian mare Die Channell (Der Feine Lord - Chantre B) on April 6th. This pretty black filly is truly a gorgeous girl!  Congratulations Andrea!

Congratulations to Quindy Watts on the arrival of her new Popeye filly! Born to her Welsh mare Cllynncopa Aria, this pretty little filly is a looker! Quindy has decided on the name Porsha.

Congratulations to Angela Mirarchi of Jovee Farm on the arrival of her Popeye filly born to her Welsh Cob mare Clanfair Mary K (Lonetree’s Romeo/Clanfair Chanel). This cute, little lady was born on March 18th and Angela says that she is “Bold, kind and loves people.”

2013 Foals

Another Popeye colt for 2013, Judy Force’s pony mare Wind Dancer had a handsome bay colt on June 7th.  The colt is bay with two small hind socks and a star. Both mare and foal are doing well and Judy couldn’t be happier with the colt!

It’s a Popeye filly for pinto pony Why Not Me! Owner/Breeder Kristin DeLuca commented “Just 2 spots on her right hip, but still lots of bling with those stockings. Her name is Prima Esperanza ( Esperanza is hope for the future).” Congratulations Kristin!

It’s a Popeye colt for Shelley Evans of Nevada.  Shelley’s welsh cross mare Zoey had a handsome bay Popeye colt to be named Pacifico or “Paco” for short.  The little guy is all bay with almost no white – just like his daddy. Congratulations Shelley!

Popeye’s first filly of 2013 has arrived.  Amy Scampton’s Welsh cross mare had a Popeye filly on April 10th.  Congratulations Amy – we can’t wait to see pictures! The first Popeye foal of the season has arrived! Congratulations to Barbara Nelson of North Carolina on the arrival of her handsome bay Popeye colt out of her Thoroughbred mare Anotha Toughcookie (Native Regent - Salem).  Barbara plans to name the colt Popportunity SFF – what a fun name!

Bella Luna (Popeye-Viva Deputy xx): Popeye filly, Bella Luna (Popeye x Pet’s Vida/Viva Deputy xx) impressed the inspection officials at the Colorado ISR/Oldenburg Inspection. Bella Luna was named a Premium Filly and High Point Filly of the inspection. >>>
